The MDC may contact you to clarify details regarding your submission. Please note that, once submitted, incidents become confidential matters and we are unable to answer questions about them.
If you have additional details you did not include but feel are relevant to an incident, you can email them to email@example.com and they will be forwarded to the MDC for inclusion in your incident report.
