Mapleseed Event (50 M Range)

Project Mapleseed would once again like to partner with SPFGA to deliver Mapleseed events on the
50m range for the following dates in 2026:
• Saturday & Sunday, April 25/26. Camping for Mapleseed instructors requested from April
25/26.
• Saturday, September 12. Camping for Mapleseed instructors requested from Sept 11 to Sept
12.
SPFGA, may, at the discretion of the Executive Director, allocated one of these dates for the SPFGA
Outdoor Woman’s Program.

The primary point of contact and Shoot Boss for these events will be Tom Opgenorth
(tom@mapleseedrifleman.com) and/or Adriel Michaud (adriel@mapleseedrifleman.com).

Project Mapleseed will handle registration for all events using EventBrite. Each event is capped at 15
students. Project Mapleseed wi ll collect any guest fees for non-members and distribute them to SPFGA
after the last event in September.

The EventBrite registration URL will be shared with the Executive Director of SPFGA for dissemination
to the membership. SPFGA members will get exclusive and early access to the event via the EventBrite
website for a period of one month after the links are released. Registration for the Sunday events will
be released once the Saturday event is full.

Registration for the events starts at 07:30, with the first round downrange at 09:00. All events will
conclude at 17:00.

It may be necessary for SPFGA to provide gate access codes for any guest instructors or guest
students that wish to attend. Project Mapleseed will distribute the access to it’s attendees.
Please completed the attached Project Mapleseed Range Hosting agreement and provide a signed
copy to alberta@mapleseedrifleman.com.
