2026 AGM Meeting
You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Sherwood Park Fish & Game Association.

Time: 7:00 PM (Mountain Time)
Location: Virtual (Microsoft Teams)
To attend, click the button below to pre-register (we need to do this to verify each voting member attending). A minimum of 25 members is required to constitute quorum. Sign into the form with the same credentials you use to access your member portal.
Registration will close at 11:59 PM on April 28, 2026 (Mountain Time). The Microsoft Teams meeting link will be sent to all registered participants once registration has closed.
As part of this year’s AGM, updated bylaws will be presented for member approval by special resolution. Members are strongly encouraged to review the proposed bylaws in advance using the link below, as they will not be reviewed in detail during the meeting:
Any SPFGA member in good standing is eligible to attend this meeting. Any SPFGA member in good standing 18 years of age or older is eligible to vote if voting is required.
